Civil Services Examination

The UPSC Civil Services Examination is conducted annually in three stages: Prelims, Mains, and the Interview (personality test). It aims to select officers for various prestigious services like the Indian Administrative Service (IAS),

Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other central services group A and B posts. The examination is known for its rigorous selection process, testing candidates’ knowledge, aptitude, and leadership qualities.

A total of 933 candidates have been recommended for appointment to these services after successfully clearing all three stages of the selection process. Among the recommended candidates,

345 belong to the general category, 99 are from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 263 are from the Other Backward Classes (OBC), 154 are from the Scheduled Castes (SC), and 72 are from the Scheduled Tribes (ST).

It is important to note that the candidature of 101 recommended candidates is provisional. The roll number-wise list has been published in the result document, and aspirants can check their results on the official website of UPSC.

Individual marks sheets will be uploaded on the commission’s website within 15 days, allowing candidates to access their performance in each stage of the examination.
